Our address is 2223 Alaskan Way, Suite 200, on Pier 66. You may park across the street from Pier 66 in the Bell Street Pier/Seattle Art Institute parking garage.

To Columbia Hospitality from north of Seattle on I-5 South:
- Take Exit 167 (West Mercer Street/Fairview Avenue).
- Turn right onto Fairview Avenue.
- Take the first left onto Valley Street.
- Stay left; Valley Street merges into Broad Street.
- Continue on Broad Street to Elliott Avenue, and turn left.
- Once you cross Wall Street, park in the Art Institute of Seattle parking garage on your immediate right.
To Columbia Hospitality from south of Seattle on I-5 North (coming from SeaTac Airport):
- Take the Madison Street exit (also called Convention Place exit).
- Turn left onto Madison Street.
- Stay on Madison Street until you come to the waterfront.
- Turn right on Alaskan Way.
- You will pass Pier 66 on your left and pass under a skybridge; the next street after the sky bridge is Wall Street. Turn right on Wall Street.
- Turn right on Elliott Avenue.
- Enter the Art Institute of Seattle parking garage on your immediate right and park.
To our offices from the parking garage:
- Take the sky bridge across Alaskan Way to Pier 66. You will see two adjacent elevators as you arrive at the Pier – take either one to the first floor (street level).
- Exit the elevator, go out to the sidewalk and take a left. Walk north (toward the Edgewater Hotel), continuing through the small parking lot in front of the Cruise Ship Terminal offices (you may also choose to park in this lot for $2 per hour).
- On the northernmost end of the parking lot there is a glass door with a number 1 over it, it is also marked with our address: 2223. On the left side of the door is an intercom. Press the top button marked Columbia Hospitality and stand in front of the intercom until buzzed in. Go up the stairs or elevator to the second floor, and follow the signs down the corridor pointing to Columbia Hospitality, Suite 200. Our receptionist will be there to greet you.
