Paul Zumwalt

Vice President of Design and Development

Paul Zumwalt currently serves as Vice President of Design and Development for Columbia Hospitality. Paul is responsible for leading new project development including coordinating design and construction and guiding development strategies, as well as redevelopment of existing properties.

Paul Zumwalt has over 20 years of experience in project management, owner representation, architecture and landscape architecture. With strengths in building cohesive teams and solving difficult challenges he has a reputation for completing significant and unique projects.

Paul’s past projects have included hotel / residential developments, museums, major league sports facilities, recording studios, private homes and golf course developments throughout North America, Europe, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning from Kansas State University.
