Tyler Morning Telegraph, February 2008A group of national developers are bringing what they taut as "the first luxury resort and conference centerin Tyler" not far from Lake Bellwood. The development will be situated on 27 acres and include a four-star hotel and private club, expansive meeting and event space, a condominium tower, a spa and fitness center, retail, and dining options. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer and the venue is slated to open in winter 2009. |
