COLUMBIA HOSPITALITY ACADEMY

Columbia Hospitality Academy is a suite of management courses designed to provide support for team members’ individual growth and to infuse our values, philosophy, and service standards throughout the company culture. These multi-level, classroom and online learning opportunities are designed to deepen and broaden capabilities, skills, and professional knowledge, particularly in the area of managing people.
