Our team members say it best...

Five years ago I left a large hotel company to join Columbia Hospitality because I wanted to work for a company that wasn't afraid of doing something different. Columbia Hospitality is truly an entrepreneurial environment that takes on challenges and outside the box projects that other companies might not think about doing. I feel challenged every day I come to work. I'm encouraged to look for different ways of doing things - involving my fellow team members in decisions and helping them have fun - while at the same time taking care of our guests and owners.

I joined Columbia Hospitality 15 years ago because a co-worker at another property incessantly raved about working at Bell Harbor International Conference Center. I interviewed for a Banquet Server position and the rest is history! I am amazed and inspired by all the growth opportunities I've been afforded over the years. Starting as Banquet Server and Captain at Bell Harbor, transitioning to Food and Beverage Manager at Talaris Conference Center and then back to Bell Harbor as the Director of Food and Beverage and eventually the Director of Operations. Most recently appointed the Director of Conference Center Operations for Columbia Hospitality, I currently oversee operations at Bell Harbor International Conference Center, Kitsap Conference Center and Talaris Conference Center. Having responsibility at three separate venues challenges me each and every day. While maintaining the Columbia values at each of these properties, I work hard to recognize the unique nuances and charms of each of them as individual sites. I look forward to seeing what comes next, as we have our hands in many different hospitality arenas. Stay tuned...
