The dining room at Rainbow Ranch Lodge is a relaxed, welcoming destination for both locals and lodge visitors alike. Chef Matthew Fritz combines Western flavors with contemporary flare, using the freshest ingredients selected from Montana farms and local purveyors.
With the menu changing seasonally, dining room menu highlights might include Pan-Seared Elk Medallions, Roasted Crimson and Golden Beet Salad, and Asian Barbecue-Glazed Grilled Quail. The extensive wine list includes a wide variety of affordable options as well as select cellar vintages from Californa to France, and everywhere in between.
