THROUGH CRISIS COMES OPPORTUNITY
At Columbia Hospitality, our ethos has never been more apparent than today as we face a global pandemic together. We are, and always have been, a company grounded by our values (Sincerity, Enthusiasm. Accountability, Respect, Creativity and Honesty), and we have looked to them for 25 years to guide our daily decisions.
The COVID-19 crisis has given us the opportunity to demonstrate our values and prove our commitment to the communities we serve. We are housing healthcare workers, have provided microphones and webcams for doctors, prepared sack lunches for those in need and contributed to multiple assistance programs. Best of all, we have raised more than $150,000 from donations by team members and friends of Columbia Hospitality through the Columbia Hospitality Cares Foundation, which was launched on March 22nd and is an amazing showcase of team members helping team members.

Most of our hotel and restaurant doors are open to serve essential travelers and provide takeout meals to our neighbors. We're innovating new standards of service, building on our already stringent cleanliness protocols, adding experiences and products so our returning guests will have peace of mind and new adventures to discover. We're using this time to reflect, reinvent and relaunch. We can't wait to share it all with you!
