Greg Prescott

A passionate hospitality professional, Greg Prescott's industry knowledge and experience is diverse and well-rounded, including business development, operations, human resources, and property pre-openings. Greg oversees people strategy, focusing on key projects, strategic initiatives, talent acquisition and development, and a great deal of talent focused consulting work. Greg consistently exudes our OMG culture of Owning the values, Making it fun, and Getting things done. His number one priority as people strategist is to recruit, develop and retain phenomenal people so that exceptional experiences can be created for all Columbia Hospitality guests.

Greg, a Columbia Hospitality veteran joined the company in 2011 when he was selected as the food and beverage manager at Salish Lodge & Spa. He subsequently served as the rooms division manager at Salish Lodge as well as recruiter, talent manager, director of new business development, and director of organizational development for Columbia.

Greg earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University. In 2016, he was honored by 425 Business Magazine as a 30 under 30 awardee and One to Watch. In 2017, he received the same honors from Hotel Management Magazine. Greg currently sits on the Hospitality Advisory Board for Edmonds Community College.
