A passionate hospitality professional, Greg Prescott's industry knowledge and experience is diverse and well-rounded, including operations, human resources, food and beverage, process improvement and pre-opening development. Greg oversees talent development, focusing on recruitment, succession planning, training, growth and strategic partnerships. Greg consistently exudes our OMG culture of Owning the values, Making it fun, and Getting things done. His number one priority in talent management is to recruit and develop phenomenal people so that exceptional experiences can be created for all Columbia Hospitality guests.
Greg was previously with Oki Golf before joining Columbia in 2011 when he was selected as the food and beverage manager at Salish Lodge & Spa. He subsequently served as the rooms division manager at Salish Lodge as well as recruiter, talent manager and director of new business development for Columbia.
Greg earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University. In 2016, he was honored by 425 Business Magazine as a 30 under 30 awardee and One to Watch. In 2017, he received the same honors from Hotel Management Magazine. Greg currently sits on the Hospitality Advisory Board for Edmonds Community College.
